FREESTYLE HEELS POLE DANCE

For beginners and more

A class where you'll learn to freestyle in heels on the pole. No experience necessary! I'll teach you three moves you can incorporate into your freestyle routine.

We'll start with a meditation on the pole, then I'll teach you techniques, and then we'll work on freestyle/confidence exercises!
